 Charles E. Rhoades, MD

Dr Rhoades is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic.  He is a  University of Kansas Medical School graduate, K.U. orthopaedic trained, and a Hand Fellowship from the University of California-San Diego. Practice emphasis on Sports Medicine and Upper Extremity Injuries.

Danny Gurba, M.D., is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic.  A University of Kansas School of Medicine graduate, received his orthopaedic training in the University of Missouri-Kansas City Affiliated Program. Robert C. Timothy Badwey M.D. is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic.  Graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopaedics at the University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita/St. Francis. Stanley Bowling M.D. is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic. He joined the group in August of 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha Orthopaedic Program.

Brian J. Divelbiss, M.D. is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic. He joined the Clinic in the August of 2001. Dr. Divellbiss completed his orthpaedic residency at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, and a Fellowship in Hand Surgery at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.

Thomas L. Shriwise, M.D. Dr. Shriwise is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic. He joined the Clinic in August of 2003. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas, and completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Missouri -Kansas City. He completed a Fellowship at the University of Toronto in Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1987.
Lan Fotopoulos, M.D. Dr. Fotopoulso is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic. He joined the clinic in September, 2004. He is the first Physiatrist to join the Clinic. He graduated from medical school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1992. He honorably served his country in the United States Navy as Lieutenant Commander, Medical Corps, United States Navy, 1997-2000. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Physiatry at the University of Kansas in 2003 and a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Invasive Spine Procedures at Washington University, St. Louis Missouri August 2003 through July 2004.
R. Lance Snyder Dr. Snyder is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic. He joined the group in August of 2005. A native of Oklahome, Dr. Snyder graduated from the University of Kansas and completed medical school at University of Oklahoma College of Medicine . He completed two fellowships: Spine Surgery at the University of Southern California Center for Orthopaedic Spinal Surgery and Sports Medicine at the University of Colorado

Joshua Nieman, M.D.   Dr. Niemann is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic.  He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Missouri -Kansas City. He did a Trauma Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University. He joined the group in 2008

 

Alicia Hillman, M.D.  Dr. Hillman is a member of  the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic. She joined the clinic in July ,2008.  A 2003 graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine, Dr. Hillman completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester Minnesota from 2003-2007.  She completed Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine from 2007-2008 at Georgia Pain Physicians, Marietta Georgia.

 

 

 
 
T.J. Rasmussen, M.D. is a member of Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Consultants, Chtd. He is a University of Kansas Medical School graduate and completed his orthopaedic residency at KU as well. He completed a fellowship in arthroscopy, sports medicine, biomechanics and reconstructive knee fellowship with Dr. Frank Noyes at the Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center. His practice emphasis is on arthroscopy, sports medicine and knee reconstruction. www.osmcc.com 
Mark Rasmussen, M.D. is a  member of Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Consultants, Chtd.   He is a University of Kansas Medial School graduate and completed his Orthopaedic residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester,  Minnesota.  He completed a fellowship in arthroscopy and Sports Medicine in Richmond, VA.  He specializes in the operative and nonoperative treatment of sports medicine injuries with an emphasis on arthroscopy, total joint replacement and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee & hip. www.osmcc.com 
Daniel J. Stechschulte Jr., M.D. Ph.D. is a  member of Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Consultants of Kansas City.  He is a graduate from Princeton University 1985 & the  University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1991. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Washington Hospital, Seattle in 1997. He completed a fellowship in Sports  Medicine/Shoulder Surgery at Cornell University Medical College in New York. Practice emphasis on Sports Medicine & Arthroscopic surgery as well as reconstruction of the knee, shoulder & elbow.  www.osmcc.com  

Scott Cook, M.D. joined the staff of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Consultants, Chtd. in August 2003.  He specializes in adult reconstruction including hip and knee replacement surgery.  He is extensively trained in both the nonoperative and operative management of arthritis.  Dr. Cook graduated with a degree in biochemistry from the University of Kansas in 1993.  He continued his training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class.  He also was elected into membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society as a junior in medical school.  His training continued at the KU residency program where he developed a special interest in the treatment of arthritis.  Dr. Cook completed the Adult Reconstruction/Surgical Arthritis fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery—Cornell University Medical College in New York City.  While at the Hospital for Special Surgery, he received extensive training in all areas of the hip and knee reconstruction.  Specialty interests include minimal incision surgery for hip and knee replacement as well as the use of the latest technology in replacement materials and techniques aimed at increasing joint longevity.

 

 

 

Jon E. Browne, M.D. is a  member of the Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic of Kansas City, PA.  He received his MD degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and then went on to a fellowship in Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine with Drs. Slocum, Larson, and James at the University of Oregon, Eugene OR.  Dr. Browne is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.  He is the Program Director of the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship Program through the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  His practice is limited to knee and sports injuries.

Cris D. Barnthouse, M.D. is a member of Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic of Kansas City, PA.  He is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he also completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency.  He then completed a Clinical and Research Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Harvard School of Medicine.  Dr. Barnthouse is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.  He is the co-director of the  Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship Program through the University of Missouri-Kansas City..  His practice emphasis is knee, shoulder, and sports injuries.

Andrew R. Scott, M.D. is a member of Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic of  Kansas City, PA.  He is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine.  He completed his Orthopaedic Residency at Duke University Medical Center.  He completed a Sports Medicine-Arthroscopy Fellowship with Drs. Caspari, Meyers, and Whipple in Richmond, VA, and  an AO Fellowship in Basel, Switzerland with Dr. Werner Mueller.  Dr. Scott is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.  His practice emphasis is knee, shoulder, and sports injuries.
