Job Description

After six weeks of on-site training, may work 50% remote.

JOB FUNCTION:

The Human Resources Project Manager organizes, manages, plans and completes complex projects for the organizations efficient delivery of human resources services.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • End to end project management.
    • Leads assigned projects ensuring on time completion, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create social media accounts specifically to recruit candidates.
    • Initiate and manage a social media recruiting strategy.
  • Maximize payroll system functionality.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outlines the tasks involved projects and seeks input as needed.
  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicates and collaborates with team, management and customers gathering and providing training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Backup for Human Resources Manager on daily tasks.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Graphic artist skills utilized to create employment ads, logo files for vendors, invitations and flyers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • At least five years of related Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Project management training and certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of medical credentialing process, preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
