Dr. Kirk McCullough presents surgical pearls for using PARS (Percutaneous Achilles Repair System). The PARS features an anatomic contoured jig designed to fit within the paratenon. The PARS suture kit contains either color‐coded SutureTape or #2 FiberWire® sutures and PARS needles used to create strong percutaneous locking sutures on the distal and proximal ends of the Achilles tendon.
