Abby is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, custom orthosis fabrication, and ergonomic assessments. She earned her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy from Washburn University and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University in 2021.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her friends, family, and dog, Fallon.

Laurie is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with a strong passion for treating hand and upper extremity injuries. She specializes in managing complex conditions and custom splinting, and finds great fulfillment in helping patients restore motion, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they love.
Her diverse clinical background spans industrial rehabilitation, private practice, and hospital-based settings, allowing her to bring a well-rounded and adaptable approach to patient care. Laurie is committed to continuous growth and actively seeks opportunities to expand her skills and take on new challenges.
At KCOI, Laurie collaborates closely with patients and an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, physician assistants, nursing staff, and fellow therapists, to achieve high-quality outcomes and meaningful results. She values strong relationships built on clear communication, trust, and teamwork.
Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the lake.

Brynn grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and attended Kansas State University, where she graduated with degrees in kinesiology and gerontology. She then went on to Rockhurst University, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her passion for orthopedic patients stemmed from her own sports injuries and being a PT tech at an orthopedic clinic in college. Brynn enjoys working with a variety of patient populations and specializes in orthopedic conditions, overuse injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. She is passionate about making exercise fun and is eager to help patients return to the activities they love. Outside of the clinic, Brynn enjoys watching the Chiefs and K-State Wildcats, traveling, and spending time at the lake.

Barry has worked in outpatient orthopedics/sports medicine for over 30 years and has been at KCOI since 2003. He has worked with patients of all ages, as well as high school, college, and professional athletes. He had the privilege of assisting the Kansas City Chiefs’ medical/training staff at home games for 7 years. He is a father of three with one grandchild. He enjoys working out, going to the lake, and engaging in various sports, including pickleball.
Barry specializes in the treatment of knees, hips, shoulders, and foot/ankle. He also has a particular interest in baseball injury rehabilitation. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in human biology and his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas.
